Well it has been over one and a half years since I have updated anything on devart, mainly due to lack of internet access (other then at work)
But anyways it's been a fun year or so, not to many complaints, certainly no regrets.
I'm in the process of taking more photographs but I still never seem to feel like uploading any.
Thats about all really, just wanted to update the journal haha

So I actually picked up my camera again after awhile, I wondered why I was so bored all the time and then realised I hadn't touched a camera for ages. So I did.
Doesn't mean photo's are coming online tho :P will just see what happens.
Currently still traveling around Australia doing my job, is boring but its life not long to go now with a trip to Tasmania in a couple weeks which should offer some good landscape :D

So, i've decided to update my journal. I haven't really been on Deviantart for the last year as is evident by my page.
Currently i'm travelling around the east coast of Australia in a van working for motivational media.
I'm more likely to be on myspace then this but you will be happy to know I still am taking photos and have recently purchased a new lens for my D50. :D

Just thought I might share a little info. with a fellow German military enthusest
I read a comment you wrote on a pic of what was titled as an Iron cross. You were indeed correct about it not being the highest german medel of the war, however I beleave you were mistaken about it not being a iron cross. Second class Iron crosses (of wich it is probly one) have a ribon agrangment precicly alike with that of a nights cross, the only diffrence being that quiet often after there being awared the men would cut down the ribon on the iron cross, so as to were it on a bar, useing the remaining ribon piece to place on there tunic and button dureing combat (look at most officer photos).
Since the ribon on the cross in the photo would apear to be sniped down, and since the medels preportions in comparison to the ribon are not larg anough, we can say safely that it is an iron cross second class (of course not a first as it has a ribon, rather than a brest pin).
sorry to be so picky about it, but german heraldry is somewhat of a passion of mine.
